Chairman of Provincial Peoples Committee inspect progress of Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, section passing Long An and Provincial Road 830E
On
October 16, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van
Ut inspected the progress of the Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City,
section passing Long An and Provincial Road 830E and requested
Investors, localities and construction unit synchronously coordinate for
solutions, remove difficulties and carry out construction wherever
there is a site.
At
the inspection, Director of Department of Transport - Dang Hoang Tuan
reported on the progress of construction and the situation of resolving
problems under the direction of Secretary of the Provincial Party
Committee's inspection last September. For Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh
City, section passing ong An, up to now, the construction value of XL1
packages has reached over 2.1%, XL2 has reached 3.6% and XL3 has reached
nearly 3.2%. Disbursement reached 73%.
For
the Provincial Road 830E Project, the bidding package for the section
from the Provincial Road 830 intersection to Nguyen Van Nham Street has a
construction value of about 5 to over 7%. To date, 725 households have
been paid, with a total amount of over 1,276 billion VND.
Through
discussions, representatives of relevant departments and branches,
leaders of Ben Luc District People's Committee and the construction unit
reported the project situation, especially difficulties during the
construction process.

On that
basis, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut
directed the Department of Transport, Ben Luc District People's
Committee and the construction unit to coordinate more closely to ensure
progress.
He also requested that
functional agencies and localities provide guidance on order and
procedures, support resettlement, and create favorable conditions for
people in site clearance according to the provisions of law.
In
addition to finding solutions to ensure the supply of construction
materials and urging contractors to focus resources on implementation,
Chairman of Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut proposed to
organize monthly briefings to review the progress, thereby promptly
removing problems and implementing projects according to the proposed
schedule./.
