The event is part of activities on cooperation between governments and the business community.

The objective of this forum is to provide an opportunity to discuss corporate responsibility towards climate change and the circular economy by promoting dialogue, sharing experiences and strengthening connections between business leaders. Along with that, promoting the participation of private businesses in climate actions through the partnership between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, VCCI and the Project "Support for Planning and Implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions in Viet Nam" on specific models in Viet Nam.

In addition, the forum is also a place to get acquainted with supporting activities of the private sector, especially training programs for trainees to make action plans on climate change and circular economy within the framework of JICA SPI-NDC.
