Promote online fulfillment of land obligations
Implementing Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 1, 2021 of the Government and Decision No. 406/QD-TTg of March 22, 2021 of the Prime Minister, Office of the Government, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has coordinated with the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to organize process restructuring, connection, integration, and electronic communication between tax authorities, one-stop shop, land management, banks, intermediary payment organizations to provide online payment services for financial obligations in carrying out administrative procedures for land for households and individuals on the National Service Portal.
Up to now, 54/63 provinces and centrally-run cities have completed and organized the implementation in Viet Nam to provide online payment for financial obligations in carrying out land procedures on the National Public Service Portal.
Currently, there are 9 provinces and cities including: Son La, Dong Thap, Lai Chau, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Phu Tho, Quang Nam, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ha Noi city haves not yet completed the integration and implementation of this online public service provision for the people.
The Government Office has just issued Official Letter 7363/VPCP-KSTT dated October 12, 2021, sent to the Chairman of the People's Committees of the 9 provinces and cities mentioned above to pay attention and direct specialized agencies to urgently complete it in October 2021 according to accordance with the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister.
